The Situation
A customer from Vancouver, WA brought their vehicle to Motolux Collision Center after a minor side-impact collision. Candidate for electrical testing and internal door structure restoration. Our team identified that driver's-side window operated inconsistently (worked normally sometimes, responded slowly others) and slight movement within the door structure placed stress on part of the wiring harness.

Because the issue was intermittent, it could easily have been missed if technicians had focused only on the visible dent. Continued vibration and repeated operation could potentially worsen the connection over time, and the affected area needed protection from moisture in Vancouver's wet weather.
